Maryland’s youngest children depend on their parents, child care providers, and YOU to meet their critical early care and education needs. On Tuesday, February 27, Maryland Family Network will bring together young children, their parents, and child care representatives to personally thank their legislators for their support.
Maryland Family Network’s 26 Family Support Centers, located across the state, help young parents build strong, successful families. This network of Family Support Centers reaches children from birth through age three and their parents, including expectant parents, who often face daunting barriers to success. In our Centers and in homes, we provide comprehensive, preventive education and health services for children and their parents, and help parents improve parenting and job readiness skills.
Maryland Family Network’s Child Care Resource Network, consisting of 12 centers statewide, provides training and technical assistance to child care providers to improve the quality of child care available and to expand and enhance child care programs.
Thank you for your commitment to Maryland families and we look forward to seeing you on February 27.
