Kids Count

One of the most useful resources available about children in Maryland is the Kids Count Data Book, produced annually by the Annie E. Casey Foundation.

The 2015 version is just out, and it ranks Maryland 11th in the nation in overall well-being of children, birth to 18, based on 16 different indicators.  Minnesota, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts rank 1, 2, and 3. You can find a downloadable version here and also order a hard copy.
