-April is Strengthening Families Month and you’re invited to join us for the annual Every Day I Stand for Children conference.
A diverse panel of experts will present resources, best practices, and knowledge for participants to take back to their organizations, agencies, communities, and families to promote family resiliency and prevent child abuse.
Keynote address by Dr. Brenda Jones Harden, a scientist-practitioner who uses research to improve the quality and effectiveness of child and family services and to inform policy with a focus on the prevention of child abuse. The event will also include remarks by Secretary Rafael López, Maryland Secretary for the Department of Human Services.
