This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides the information necessary to prepare a proposal for MFN's Strong Families grant program, which focuses on community-based efforts to prevent child maltreatment and strengthen families. This funding opportunity is made possible by the federal Community-Based Child Abuse Prevention (CBCAP) program (FAIN #2402MDBCAP). The MFN Strong Families funding opportunity includes three possible priorities, which are numbered for ease of reference and do not reflect the order of importance in the RFP.
